ensure your experience is an enjoyable one free of any anxiety. Our thorough bespoke service allows you to
fully relax knowing that no detail will be overlooked while we turn your wedding day vision into a
remarkable reality. The end result is a perfectly choreographed celebration that’s sure to be remembered in
the hearts and minds of you and your guests for years to come.
Working together from the very beginning, I curate design details that resonate with your wedding day
vision. Shortly after we’ve unearthed your desired aesthetic, I get to work sourcing the most experienced
suppliers to bring your celebration to life. I work meticulously to find the thoughtful touches that make your
occasion unique and cease only when I’ve found something special. I orchestrate all the particulars of your
event including liaising and scheduling your vendor team, overseeing setup and styling, and resolving any
unforeseen issues that may arise before, during, or immediately after your big day.
In short, I devise, design, build, create, set up, style, and manage every aspect of your wedding celebration
and soon after you’ve departed as newlyweds, it’s my pleasure to take care of packing it all away.

Curate & Coordinate
With readily available visual tools such as Pinterest and Instagram, many couples have already established
their wedding day aesthetic before we even meet. While they may know exactly what they want for their
celebration, however, they’re not always certain how to make it happen.
Our Curate and Coordinate offering includes a bespoke amount of hours of professional planning and design assistance as well
as all of the services outlined in our Details and Direction collection. Truly the best of both worlds, this
package allows you to be in complete control of designing your dream day while also having the ability to
bring on expert guidance to help with certain tasks and details. Such obligations might include budget
projection and management, design and décor advice, gathering supplier quotes, scheduling supplier
consultations, or assembling favours and welcome bags. Wherever you may need guidance or hands-on
assistance during the planning phase, we’re here to help!
Once we’ve planned and designed your wedding celebration, the reins are handed over to us to fully
coordinate the execution of your event. Passionate about ensuring every detail is flawless, we begin
communicating the intricacies of your wedding with your supplier team up to two months prior to the
festivities. All that’s left for you to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy every second of your special occasion. We can’t wait to bring to life the vision you imagined and to create an unforgettable experience for you and your

For some couples the excitement of getting married means lots of forward planning and preparation. In such
circumstances, many of the key decisions pertaining to location, style, décor, and vendors may be settled in
advance of hiring a wedding planner. When it comes to the big day itself, however, being involved in the
logistics can be difficult and distract you from truly enjoying the occasion.
Our Details and Direction collection is perfect for those who already have their celebration designed but
require an experienced director to oversee the execution of their event and to ensure the plans they have
made unfold effortlessly. As your wedding coordinator, I will liaise with each of your selected vendors up to
two months in advance of your occasion to make certain that your day is as perfect as you deserve it to be.
My experience, expertise, and laser-focussed attention to detail means the celebration that you dreamed of
can be enjoyed by all, including yourselves!
